Retakes

New, private or smurf accounts without [VIP] could get banned without proof!
Such accounts are not protected from recieving ban without a evidence, and admins are not required to provide any.

If you are banned while your account is private, you may request an unban after you have made your profile public, or if your account will obtain [VIP] status.
VIP & Premium accounts are allowed to play on our server with private settings because they contribute to keeping the servers online.

However, they are not exempt from receiving a ban if there is a concrete proof of cheating.

Punishing.

Punishments are given based on what happened and the judgment of the admin handling the situation.
Everyone is treated equally, regardless of age, gender, nationality, or status (donator, premium, sponsor).

Some rules are considered basic community standards (like no cheating or toxicity), and breaking them may result in punishment without a warning.

Appeals.

Everyone deserves fair treatment.
If you feel a punishment was unfair or a mistake, you always have the right to appeal, no matter how big or small the punishment is.

Admins are human too, and sometimes mistakes happen.

Appeals help us make sure punishments are fair and accurate.
