Terminology

• Resource - The website and game servers at Games-Town.eu, providing access to gaming resources, updates, and community interaction for Counter-Strike 2.
• Site - https://dev.games-town.eu/ and its subdomains.
• User - An individual with the legal capacity to enter this agreement, granted the right to use the Resource within the terms outlined.
• Platform - The collective or individual components of the Site, software, game services, and each game hosted on the Site, including their features, content, and elements.
• Game - An online computer game (e.g., Counter-Strike 2), consisting of data, commands, and audiovisual displays activated by the User to achieve in-game results. It includes game servers, chat, shop, databases, and other related project resources. The User accesses the Game via a client-side component (if applicable) and server-side data managed by the Resource.
• Client-Side Game Component - Software installed by the User on their device to participate in the Game.
• Account - The User’s profile containing their data, providing access to the Platform, settings, in-game assets, statistics, and related information.
• Store - A section of the Platform where Users can receive in-game benefits as a thank-you for donations.
• Subdomain - A domain that is part of a higher-level domain.
• SteamID - A unique digital identifier for a Steam account, typically a 17-digit 64-bit identifier.

General Provisions

• 1.1. This agreement is between the game servers Games-Town.eu (hereinafter "Resource") and you, a registered user (hereinafter "User").
• 1.2. All contributions are voluntary donations to support the operation of the servers. Donations are non-refunded, as they are voluntary support for the project.
• 1.3. As a thank-you for your donation, we may provide in-game benefits (e.g., server privileges). These benefits are not a purchase but a token of appreciation for your support.
• 1.4. By donating or using our services, you agree to this offer and the Resource’s rules.
• 1.5. In-game benefits are tied to your SteamID and cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged, or refunded.
• 1.6. The Resource is not responsible for payment issues caused by external systems or User errors.
• 1.7. If you violate the Resource’s rules (e.g., inappropriate behavior), we may restrict your access to benefits or services.
• 1.8. In case of server closure, transfer to another owner, or force majeure, we cannot guarantee the continuation of benefits.

Personal Data

• 2.1. By registering, you consent to the processing of your data (e.g., SteamID, registration details) for the operation of the Resource. We protect your data in accordance with Slovak Republic data protection laws.
• 2.2. You may request the deletion of your data by sending us a written request (e.g., via email).
• 2.3. We may delete your data after 1 year of inactivity or if you receive a ban (e.g., VAC ban on Steam).

Changes to the Offer

• 3.1. We may update this agreement at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
• 3.2. By continuing to use the Resource, you agree to any changes in this offer.
